SCARBOn to Share Key Progress on NanoCarb at EGU 2025 in Vienna
SCARBOn will showcase key advances in its NanoCarb instrument at EGU 2025, highlighting improvements in optical design and modeling that enhance greenhouse gas monitoring. Laurence Croizé and Yann Ferrec (ONERA) will present how NanoCarb, central to the SCARBOn satellite constellation planned for launch by 2030, is setting new standards in high-frequency, high-accuracy CO₂ and CH₄ measurements to support climate policy.

SCARBOn First Formal Review
On November 7th, the SCARBOn consortium met in Brussels for its first Formal Review, hosted by the European Health and Digital Executive Agency. This review gave the SCARBOn team the opportunity to present key achievements and outline future steps to the European Commission and an external evaluator, summarizing progress made in the first 10 months of this 30-month long, EU-funded project.
